Today, I decided to write on something else just because I can..... I was heading over to Panera bread when all of a sudden, a strap on one of my favorite sandals (that I was wearing) snapped. Luckily for me it was not the only strap and it was not a long strap. I was with my cubie (Yowo)...Holla cubie... Anyway, so there it goes, my shoes, I have to put them to rest. I think I've had them for 5 years or so. Okay so its not a big deal they are just shoes right but i started thinking... This particular pair must have taken me to different places... Dinners, Weddings, Bridal showers, birthdays, parties and dancing.... and Ladies know how hard it is to find cute shoes that are really really comfortable. Those that you can wear to ...say ... A nigerian wedding and not even be bothered if you dont have your flip flops by the time they get to dancing. I guess you get it by now, these shoes are special to me. The funny thing is that I just decided to retire my favorite brown ankle boots this year (and I still have not found any replacements for them). Both pairs have seen better days. So I guess my eyes are all out in the market for new shoes now. I will miss you cute little black and comfortable shoes :(

Like that was not bad enough... I broke my favorite sunglasses this past weekend and since I am a sunglasses snob, I am having a hard time finding another pair that I like........... Luckily for me I have a black pair thats not too bad...
