So, I'm not big on TV shows or movies. Yeah, every once in a while a movie comes out that I am excited about or a TV show that I feel like it falls into my schedule and I can actually watch it between my crazy work schedule (I know, all TV shows are online but still I really dont care too much to follow a show).
Anyway, I came home one day to join my sister as she watched Pride and Prejudice. Actually now that I think about it, most of the movies I've seen at home is because someone is watching something and I happen to join them. Anyway, I seat down and my goodness, I almost have a headache trying to translate the old British English. It was almost as if I had a delayed interpretation :). Anyway, she had just started watching the movie and I joined her. I was very intrigued and I watched it to the end. Maybe because I'm a girl or as I've learned a girlie girl, does that movie mean something to me or maybe its because Jane Austen captures rather adequately what almost every girl desires. Obviously my favorite character is Elizabeth or lizzy as the call her. I think its something about her determination to not settle for anything else but true love when it comes to marriage. It also helps that Mr Darcy is a fine looking dude too.... Anyway, so I just watched the movie (I think for the 6th time today and I am rejuvenated. I almost feel like I am ready to take on another work week....

Well, I am not one for "Pride and Prejudice" type movies, but I like period pieces (like '300' or 'Gladiator').
