I'm like what???????????? Hold up. Why? So why do I get a fortune cookie after every meal in an Asian restaurant?
I cant even remember how we got all the way to fortune cookies in conversation but Yowo and I were more than likely talking about me and my food selection and our trip to Asia when I must have mentioned that worst case scenario, I would have rice and soy sauce and fortune cookies and she mentioned that there is no such thing/tradition in Asia. (Fortune cookies after every meal). I can understand that things often get changed when one culture and their traditions are moved to a new country. Not that fortune cookies is a big deal, but I think I am just more excited about the trip and what I've been learning in the last few weeks. I cant wait. Depending on the day of the week you ask Yowo or Me, our places to visit in Asia vary. We are both certain about Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Thailand. If you ask us tomorrow, it may include Manilla, Singapore and Korea. Whatever! I figure when we nail down the dates and look into ticket prices, we'll be able to decide and confirm where we want to visit. I'm looking forward to it...
