I didnt realize how clueless I am about Asian cultures. I think she is having a kick out of it and so everyday I ask a serious question that comes across as funny to her so she provides answers and then we laugh at my ignorance.
So this week, in trying to prepare me for the trip, we went out for some Thai food. (I've had Thai before so no big deal). Part of our discussion leads to the story of Mulan and she breaks down the inaccuracies of the movie to me.
Okay so I think I gave her enough things to laugh at today... I'll keep you all posted on how my preparations for this trip goes. I have a few movies to watch to prepare me for this. I am excited. Please share any suggestions you may have.
